Refund Policy
1. No Returns / Refunds for Courier Damage
All orders are packed carefully before dispatch and confirmed to be in good condition.
CardrizardTCG cannot be held responsible for dents, creases, or damage occurring during shipping.
If the item is time-sensitive, fragile, or the condition is important to you, we strongly recommend self-collection or arranging a meet-up.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damage Claims
If you wish for us to help raise a claim with the courier on your behalf, you must provide an unboxing video that meets all the following requirements:
The video must:
Start before the parcel is opened
(show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the courier’s tape/stickers)
Be taken continuously in one take (no pauses or cuts)
Show the product being removed fully from the packaging
Clearly display the item seal before opening
Capture the entire process, from unopened parcel → item condition
This protects both buyer and seller, ensuring the item was not swapped or tampered with before recording.
Without such a video, we are unable to assist with courier claims.
3. No Returns for Opened or Unsealed Products
Because Pokémon products are collectible and highly swappable, any opened, unsealed, or tampered item is strictly non-returnable.
